【Upgrade User Experience】

· Add "Home" Page

1. Users are able to customize their homepage and add commonly-used modules to the homepage. The platform will also show some business data that are relevant to the user's position on the homepage.
2. Users are able to selectively choose default modules shown on the home page and drag the modules to change their order.

3. "Quick Access" module: users are able to configure at most 10 menus in the module.
4. Home page has two versions: Garment ver. & Fabric ver.

1. Menus that were previously displayed on the left bar are now put into the "All My Menu" module.

【New Functions】

· Task Center

1. All exporting and downloading tasks can be seen in "Task Center", where users can check task status.
2. Tasks in progress can be canceled; Tasks that failed can be restarted; Tasks completed can be downloaded locally.

3. Task Center can show the 100 most recently completed tasks.
4. When a task is completed, the notification will pop up in "Message Center-All"

· Field Matching for E-connect Companies

1. Different companies often have different management logic for fabric fields. But fabric clients want fabric suppliers to send fabrics in their fabric fields, and vice versa. Therefore, S3D offers the function of field matching. Once two parties build mapping relationships for their fabric fields, both parties can view the fabrics in their own fabric fields.
2. Support fabric clients to share certain fabric fields with their fabric suppliers for matching.

【Optimized Features】

· Display Room

1. Add the function of autosaving drafts
2. Only when you make the draft public can others see it.

· Fabric Color Swatches

1. Modified the concept of fabric color swatches. Now one fabric color swatch only includes one SPU, but many SKUs, and the first SKU will be the main color.
2. Concept explanation: One SPU refers to one fabric; one SKU refers to one color

3. Any styles and trims that are connected to the SPU in one SKU are also applicable to any other SKUs in the color swatch.
4. In the applications like fabric matching and promotion tools, S3D supports selecting one fabric with one specific color.

5. Optimized fabric search results and fabric display according to problems previously reflected in the inquiry.

· Fabric Field

1. The fabric field is divided into two types: Fabric Basic Field and Fabric Spec Field
2. Fabric Spec Field refers to information like "Internal Color No.", "Supplier Color Code", "Pantone Color Code", "Pantone Color System", "Coloro Color Name", "RGB Color", etc.

3. Fabric Basic Field refers to the common information for 1 SPU in different SKUs
4. Fabric Spec Field is added to both adding and editing fabric page

· Folder Permissions

· Search for Fabrics

1. Add the search box to the "Home" menu, only searching for contents in Fabric Library and Fabric Supplier.
2. Add the search box to the "Fabric Supplier" menu, only searching for contents in Fabric Library and Fabric Supplier.

3. Support to put search results into the sample bag.

· Fabric Supplier

1. When a fabric supplier sends new content, the icon for notifications will appear on the top left corner of its card.
2. The tag it belongs to will be shown on the fabric supplier's card.

3. After clicking the fabric supplier's card, there will be red spots to remind you of the new content sent to you.

· User Permission Configuration

1. Add "Position Manage" function. for specific instructions: Position Management
2. Rename "Position's Accesibility Manage" into "Role Manage". for specific instructions: Role Management
