In the Staff Management menu, select a group, and click Add button.

In Add user box, you can select invite mold, and select the department what the guy belong to, also select a position for him, when you selected a position, the authorization will selected automaticly. You can modify his authorizations increase or decreace them. If you selected email invite, then the email address is the necessary.

When you click more authorization, will jump up a select permissions box, please select the authorization you want to authorize to.

If you select link invite, then please click "generate invitation link", and a link will create in the below box, please copy it, and share the link to the guy you want invite.
