There are two types of blocks on Cloud platform: integral styles and component style.
For integral styles, the trims that can be linked successfully are buttons. Besides, the model category in the basic data of a trim must be button. For example, if a button was saved as a zipper in 3D modeling software, then you will not be able to link it or replace it. For component style, you can replace any trim as long as the trim is a component. For example, you've uploaded a component style with 3 different parts(collar, sleeve, and panel). And buttons and zipper is part of the panel. Now you can only link panel to the style, instead of linking its zipper.
Take how to replace trim of an integral style as an example.
Step 1: Check out the model category of the trim you want to link.
Go to Trim of Library Center and click "Edit" from the three-dot dropdown list. Check out the field "Model Catogory" and see if the model of the trim is a button. If it's not, then you won't be able to link it to an integral style even if you can change the category.
Step 2: Link button trim to the integral style
Go to Block of Library Center and hit the thumbnail of a block with buttons. On the left side of the 3D viewer, click "Trim">"Button">"+"icon and then choose buttons from the Accessory Library.
Step 3: Change color of the button
Click on the added button, which will replace the existing one automatically. You can change color of the trim on the right side of the 3D viewer.
Step 4: Save the current state.
