Why can't I filter some fields I set up?

Cloud filtering system does not allow users to filter texts such as name.
You can filter fields whose types can be multiple-selection list box, single selection box, number, checkbox, system user and dates.
To check out the fields types, you can go to Basic Data Management of Setting center.

Apart from these types of fields from Setting center, Cloud also has system fields that allow you to filter, including Creator, Created time, Source file, and Visible state.
