1. Is there any limitation of how many files they can upload to the platform?
File limit is related to the cloud space limit when you sign contract. File size varies. Large files take up more space while small ones less.

 

 


2. For how long a file can remain in the platform?
Files won't be deleted by Cloud platform during the contract period. We will keep your assets in platform for a limited time after the contract expires. 

 

 

 

3. If one subscription in the platform is for 10 users, does it mean that these 10 users should be the same persons during the year or they can change as long as they are 10?
You can change user accounts during the contract period. Cloud platform returns the quota after you mark the staff account "Resign"(Dismiss) or "Delete" in Company settings. If you mark it as "Disable", the quota will not be returned because this feature means it bans the account temporarily.
