1. Company level connection between garment supplier and buyers

  • Setting Center>Corporate Information

To make connection more efficient at company level, we add "company code" feature in Corporate information and "connection" page.

Enterprise Code: Go to Setting Center > Corporate Information and then you can see the code, which is generated by our system.


  • Setting Center > Enterprise Cooperation

Send connection invitation: Click "Apply for connection", and fill in the enterprise code of the company you want to connect, select the enterprise identity, and designate the internal contact.

Note: At present, the enterprise-level connection is only used for the garment business. So, you can only choose two enterprise identities "garment supplier"&"garment buyer".


Accept connection invitation: If invited, you can choose to accept the connection invitation or refuse.



2. Configure Annotation

  • Setting Center>General Setting>Annotation Type

Enable Annotation Classification and configure different types of issues related to the annotations. You can add up to 3 sub-level for each field.

Once you enable annoation classification, you can choose types of issues when you leave an annotation.

  • Annotation Analytics: Data Center>Garment Review>Annotation Analytics

You can check out annotations and filter them from suppliers' styles, internal styles, created time and more customized values.


Export the filtered annotations to your local device in Excel.




3. Link Field of Style and Trim Fields

We add the link feature of style fields and trim fields that allows suppliers to provide asset information according to buyer's needs.

  • Settings Center>Contacts>Garment/Fabric/Trim Supplier

The buyer needs to release the link field template of style/fabric/trims. See the following figure.


  • Settings Center>Contacts> Garment/Fabric/Trim Customers

The supplier needs to link fields according to the template published by the buyer.

Click Field Link, select Enable, and select the corresponding field options in My Field.

You can also select "Auto Link" for matching and then manually proofread.

1. Style offer workflow

For suppliers

  • Design Center>My Customers

Once you build connection with a customer company, you will need to create a "Company folder". An automatically generated "customer folder" will not be seen like before.

You can create multiple folders for one customer.

Previous customer folder can be upgraded to company-level folder by clicking "Link connected company".


Add collaborators, which can include internal colleagues and customer contacts. You can only add one customer contact who can then add more contacts.


You can also set asset import permission for your customer. Once you enable import permission, then your customer will be able to export the asset to their own Design Center (My Developments and My Collaborations).



Style Offer

  • Design Center> My Customers

Add style directly in the customer company folder and set it visible to the customer.

  • Design Center>My Developments

Select a customer, and fill in the field information.



  • For Buyers

Source Center>Garment Supplier

The buyer can check out the style folder from Supplier's homepage after the supplier creates the folder and adds the buyer's contact.


In the style folder, the buyer can add internal colleagues as a collaborator who can adopt, disuse, bookmark styles and more.

Note: the fields of style profile are what you (the buyer) have set up in "Linked Field Template".


Export the style to your own style library in Design Center, which includes My Developments and My Collaborations with the condition that you are granted with permission from your supplier.




2. Link Field Feature for Fabric and Trim Offer

  • For Supplier: Business Center>Fabric Sales>Fabric/Trim Offer

After the field link feature is enabled in Setting Center>Fabric or Trim Customers, the supplier will need to confirm the linked fields and fill in the them before offering products.

  • For Buyer: Source Center>Fabric Source>Fabric/Trim Supplier

Buyers can see the field information of offered fabric or trims as what they have set up in "Linked Field Template".






3. Supplier Showroom

You can create more supplier showrooms, instead of just one before this release. Only one supplier showroom can be set as public, which allows buyers to access it externally.


Click "+New" to build a new supplier showroom from scratch or create one from template. Templates are not available since this release but will be updated in recent days.


Showrooms that are set as private can be edited, saved, and shared with your clients who can then select products from it and contact you. You can copy both private and public showrooms to create a new one for sharing.


4. Collection Editor

Official banners provided by Linctex are available when you create a collection. Plus, company banners, uploaded and shared internally by designers or anyone inside an organization, can be accessed to internal stakeholders, especially sales team from ODM who can make use of them directly.



5. Material Group

The name of materials can be synced automatically to platform if materials are named in pattern making software.



6. Upload fabric color options in batch

  • Library Center>Fabric Library>Batch Upload

When the unique fields of fabrics are repeated but their colors are different, you can batch upload the fabrics as color options.

For example, the fabric internal code is set as unique in the basic field in Setting Center, and you have two fabrics whose internal code are 0001. Their Pantone color are 18-1750 and 17-3938 respectively.


Then, you can batch upload these two fabrics as color options, in which the former will be set as main color automatically. Then, you can check out the uploaded color options in the main color fabric's color option.

Add a new row as simple remarks. The template table is as shown in the figure:

Note 1: Please use the new version template. If the original table is still used for upload and the second row is filled in, the data upload may fail without system prompt.

Note 2: System time, linked pictures, system employees and Pantone color system cannot be uploaded in batch.

Sheet2 Data Terminology and Sheet 3 Valid Values

Sheet2 is used to explain field type, required and filling instructions. Sheet3 lists the list options of all drop-down list fields. You can delete them when uploading. Please do not fill in data in Sheet 2 and 3. Otherwise, the uploading will fail without any system prompt.

7. Fix Known Bugs -Released

The bug that users failed to go back to last pages of supplier showroom was fixed during last month.
