Before you can import fabrics from your supplier, go to the Sourcing Center>Fabric Sourcing>Fabric Supplier to check out the fabrics presented.

Click the drop-down menu in the upper right corner of a single fabric and select "Import manually" or "Auto Import".

Click the thumbnail to enter the 3D editing page of a fabric and you can edit the field content as per your needs.

1. Auto Import
Select "Auto Import" and click the "OK" button in the prompt pop-up window.

Note: Choosing auto import does not require you to manually check the fields. The system will automatically match them based on the fields from your own fabric library and that of your suppliers. System fields can be imported when you have the same fields selected in your fabric library without a need to match their content, while custom fields can only be imported when the field name and content are 100% the same as those your library.

2. Manual Import
Select "Manual Import", edit the field content, and then click "Save".

Fields displayed on the page are those configured by yourself, instead of by your supplier.
Note: If you don't have the field configured for fabric library, the field will be highlighted in red. You can choose whether or not to import it.
After imported, the field items can be seen in fabric's Basic Data Management in Setting Center, which you can view by clicking "Manage" (as shown in the following figure).

The colorways are imported asynchronously, and they can be imported after a few minutes or more depending on how busy the system is in real-time.

3. Import Fabrics from Fabric Editing Page
Click "Import to Fabric library" in the upper right corner of a fabric 3D editing page and then edit the field items and content. Click save to export it to your fabric library.

4. View imported fabrics
Go to Fabric Library to view the fabrics exported with purple text prompt "Supplier" as a note.

You can sort fabrics according to the sources, such as various suppliers.
