How to Build Connection Between Garment Suppliers and Buyers

How does a garment supplier build connection with a buyer?

A garment supplier can add a buyer to become his or her client and build connection in Cloud platform.

 

1. Go to Settings>Contact>Garment Customers.

2. Click "Add Customer" and fill in the information of the buyer you want to connect with.

Note: Adding salesmen means adding contacts from your company who will keep in touch with your buyer.

 

3. From the customer list created, click "Contact". Fill in information of your buyer's contact.

 

 

 

 

 

  

4. Send out an invitation email before you can build the real connection.

 

 

5. The buyer who has been invited can check out his or her inbox in email and open the invitation link before signing up or logging in if he or she already has an account.

How to Apply for Connection via email from a shared link? (For Buyers)

Cloud platform allows buyers to apply for connection with suppliers via shared links of style, trendbook, collection, supplier's company showroom or VR showroom.

Open the shared link of a fabric and more. Click on "Contact Supplier" and then "Apply for Cooperation". On a new pop-up generated, you can either sign up or log in if you already have an account.

Choose "Fabric Business" and click "Sign up and Apply".

The supplier who shared links with you can now approve the application in Settings.

 

 

 

How can garment supplier approve the application of connection? (For suppliers)

There are two ways to approve the connection application from buyers.

One is to review the application manually. That is, you can either approve it or reject it.

Another way is automatic approval, which allows buyers to build connection with you without manual approval.
