Important All preparatory work in advance

1. It is necessary to negotiate with the logistics company that after the vertical screen arrives, they should help to transport it to the location designated by the customer, and the cost should be negotiated according to the actual situation.

2. For the installation of the vertical screen, it is necessary to contact 1-2 strong and tall male employees at the customer's place in advance to provide on-site support.

3. For customers who purchase a new host, it is recommended to buy a set of mouse and keyboard together. If the customer is unwilling to purchase, please ask the customer to configure a set by themselves.

4. For customers who purchase a new host, the customer needs to provide a Microsoft account. If the customer doesn't have one, ask the customer for an email address and register it in advance.

5. Communicate with the customer in advance about the name and boot password that need to be set for this host.

6. Confirm the connection method of the on-site wired or wireless network (obtain the network account and password in advance). A wired network is recommended as it may have a better speed.

7. Ask the customer for the administrator account and password of the Cloud platform in advance, which will be used to set the relevant permissions of the employee accounts for logging in to the vertical screen.

8. Ask the customer for the employee accounts and passwords for logging in to the vertical screen in advance, which will be used for downloading MixMatch and importing the resources for the exhibition hall demonstration.

Step1 Hardware related to MixMatch - Arrival Inspection and Acceptance

I. First, confirm that the outer packaging is not damaged. Secondly, use a computer on-site to connect to the vertical screen and confirm that the screen can light up normally without any problems.

III. Precautions for the Installation of the Vertical Screen

1. The screen and the base are connected by 10 screws, and the whole assembly weighs up to 200 jin. In addition to yourself, when installing it on-site, it is necessary to contact 1-2 strong and tall male employees at the customer's place in advance for support.

   

   Ⅳ. [Computer List] For the hardware, please conduct the inspection and acceptance according to the following list. The parameter models should take the models you purchased as the inspection and acceptance criteria.

Step2 Connect the MixMatch vertical screen to the host

There are a total of 4 cables. One is the power cable for the host, one is the power cable for the vertical screen, and there are 2 connecting cables between the host and the vertical screen (one end is plugged into the vertical screen and the other end is plugged into the host). All four cables need to be properly connected.

Step3 Initialize the host system(If it is not a new machine, this step can be skipped)

1. Preparatory work before system initialization:

   a. Connect to a wired or wireless network. A wired network is recommended as it may offer a better speed.

   b. The customer needs to provide a Microsoft account. If the customer doesn't have one, ask the customer for an email address and register the account in advance.

   c. Communicate with the customer in advance about the name and boot password of this host.

   d. Configure the corresponding mouse and keyboard for the host.

2. Turn on the vertical screen switch.

4. Initialize the computer system

After the normal startup is completed, just follow the prompts on the system interface and make the settings step by step. The key points are as follows:

a. If there is no mouse and keyboard on site, you can call up the virtual keyboard on the computer. However, it is still recommended to configure a set of mouse and keyboard on site.

b. When you need to enter a Microsoft account, if you don't have an account and don't want to register one temporarily, you can press Shift+F10, enter "oobe\bypassnro.cmd" to skip this step. However, without associating a Microsoft account, you won't be able to enjoy the genuine Office suite which is worth 748 yuan later.

c. After the initialization is completed, the screen needs to be flipped. For the specific operation, please refer to the screenshot below.

d. After the initialization is completed, open the Word document and complete the authorization of Microsoft rights and interests according to the operations shown in the following video.

Step4 Download and install MixMatch

1. Log in to the Cloud platform and set the relevant permissions for the employee accounts used for logging in to the vertical screen. For specific operations, please refer to the following link.

Step5 Obtaining of demonstration materials
