How to Use "AI Snapshot" to Generate Pictures for E-commerce

General Workflow

1.Before using AI snapshot for e-commerce, prepare in advance for higher efficiency and better results during generation.

2. Prepare poses commonly used and store them in the pose library. You can find some poses suitable for your brand online or from previous photoshootings, adjust them if needed, and store them in pose library.

3. Store scenes that might be used in the scene library, especially simple studio scenes.

4. If a specific avatar is needed, a test of the avatar's image can be done in advance to get "reference images" suitable for the brand.

5.After above preparation work, follow steps below to generate pictures：

• Step 1: Open the garment project file
• Step 2: Open the simulation and switch to a suitable posture
• Step 3: Select an appropriate scene
• Step 4: Select light tracing render
• Step 5: Select appropriate lighting template
• Step 6: Select AI Snapshot

How to Use AI Snapshot

1.Open the garment project file that has been created.

If the current pose is not what you need, you can turn on "Render" on the upper right corner, then click on the avatar and find pose on the right panel.

Choose a suitable pose or manually adjust a new pose, complete the simulation of the new pose and close the simulation.

2.Open the Resouce library>Scene, and select a suitable scene from the Scene. Besides, you can build a scene manually.

3.Switch the render mode to "Ray Tracing Render" mode. Then open "Render Setting" below ray tracing, open New Lighting Material and select "High Quality" in render quality in property editor.

Requirement: NVIDIA discrete graphics 2060 or above, 3060 or above is recommended; Mac system is not supported.

Following materials are not supported in Ray Tracing Render: Fur, Emissive, Gem, Glitter, Subsurface Scattering, Substance.

4.Click on Tool>3D Snapshot. On the 3D Snapshot pop-up window, set expected picture size, and click "AI Snapshot".

5.Read the description on the right before you select a model for generation.

6.If there is a scene in project file, then the generated picture will also have the scene, instead of the background color selected below. By contrast, if there is no scene, then the generated picture will have the background color selected.

Other Notes (Must-Read)

1. It is recommended to generate with "Reference Model" feature, which is stable and effective. The "Reference feature generation" currently still needs to improve.
2. Use avatars whose shoes can wrap the toes to avoid toe deformities
3. For desired generation effect, you can manually edit digital avatars in Studio, including hair length, hairstyle, facial shape, skin color, etc. before using AI.
4. Project files in Sporj format with pattern must be used in Studio. Otherwise the clothing cannot be detected, causing failure in generation.
5. You can choose maximum size for generated picture 1448x2068 and ppi: 300 on the condition that you have updated to the latest version of Studio.
