Purpose:

      To facilitate users to display the generated virtual garments in animation.

Operation Path:

      Tool ▶ Animation Editor

Operation Instructions:

      Currently, users can to record animations through the system's own avatar and avatar movements.

      It supports related operations of basic animation: add action, export animation, record animation, and adjust animation related parameters.

General process:

      1. Finish the simulation of the garment.

      2. Import the runway (skip this step if the runway scene is not required)

      3. Use the system's own avatar and click "+Move" button.

      4. Set up the camera and keyframes for colorways (skip this step if there are no specific requirements for camera or color in the animation).

      5. Click on the "Record" button and wait for the recording process to finish.

      6. Click the "Export" button after the recording is finished to export the real-time rendered video.

Function and interface details:

(1)Recording

Click to start recording, the system starts to record the point sequence generated by the animation simulation, creating the animation data of the garment

(2)Play/Pause

Play animation or pause animation from current position

(3)Jump to the previous frame/next frame

Playback pointer jumps to next frame or previous frame

(4)Jump to the start frame/end frame

Playback pointer jumps to the start/end frame of the animation

(5)Loop

Loop from the start frame to the end frame of the animation

(6)Play speed

Set the speed of playback (Note: this only affects the speed of preview playback in the software, it does not affect the speed of exported animation)

(7)Current frame/time

Play the current frame/time of the pointer

(8)Unit

The unit format of animation editor

(9)Export

Export Video: After recording the animation action, click here to generate a video.

(10)Settings

Animation settings: settings related to animation playback.

Camera settings: set the camera movement effect

Color matching settings: you can select the corresponding keyframe and set the color matching effect of the clothing selected under the keyframe.

(11)Track scaling

Show scaling to the animation editing period interface.

(12)Playback pointer

The 3d window shows the animation state of the frame where the pointer is, including the state of clothing, model, camera and color.

(13)Animation playing range

The green area represents the range from the start frame to the end frame of the animation.

(14)Model track

Record the generated model animation content: you can import the animation action for the system preset virtual model.

(15)Camera track

Record camera information at different times/frames of the animation: used to manage the effect of switching between shots in the animation.

(16)Color track

Record the information of flush color in different time/frame of the animation: you can right click on this track to create key frame and set the effect of flush color of the clothing in this frame of the animation.
