Purpose:
Display the distance between the garment and the body through a specific interface, and support measurements to help users clearly see the spatial relationship between the interior of the garment and the surface of the body.
Operation Path:
Home ▶Edit Garment Measure ▶Clothing Section
Operation Instructions:
Enter the [Clothing Section] mode, where the 3D viewport will display three options: [Front], [Top], and [Side], allowing users to switch between different cross-sectional perspectives.
Supports drag-and-drop. When a section is selected, a coordinate sphere will appear, allowing you to drag or rotate it and preview the effect in real-time.
Supports measuring the distance between the body and the garment: By clicking on the colored contour lines of the model's cross-section, you can obtain the distance from that point on the model to the garment, with closer distances shown in blue and farther distances shown in red.
Assist with modifications: Right-click on the corresponding garment contour line, and the contour line on the section can be converted to a 2D pattern's [Generate Internal Line], which can then be [Cut and Sew].
Supports setting the garment contour color display: Click the settings icon on the right side of the 3D viewport to open the [Garment Fitting Property] dialog, where you can adjust the section distance, color, and transparency display.
