1.Particle Distance:

The average distance between particles forming the grid of the pattern.

Smaller particle distance results in more vertices forming the grid, leading to finer detail and longer simulation stabilization time.

Conversely, larger spacing results in fewer vertices forming the grid, leading to less accurate results and shorter simulation stabilization time.

2.Hierarchy:

The order in which collision is resolved between front and back layers of patterns.

Patterns with higher hierarchy values will move towards the front-facing normal direction of patterns with lower hierarchy values during collision resolution, or move outside patterns with lower hierarchy values.

3.Extra Rendering Thickness:

The additional rendering thickness added to patterns beyond the thickness of the fabric style.

The larger the extra rendering thickness, the thicker the pattern appears. When displaying thickness in the fabric 3D scene, the "Display Fabric Thickness" option in the 3D scene needs to be enabled.

4.Extra Simulation Thickness:

The additional simulated thickness added to patterns beyond the thickness of the fabric style, used to determine the spacing between layers of patterns.

The larger the extra simulation thickness, the greater the distance between adjacent elements during collision calculations (both between fabric and fabric, and fabric and garment).

As shown in the animation below, as the extra simulation thickness of a pattern increases, the distance from its grid to adjacent patterns will also increase.

5.Warp/Weft Shrinkage:

The degree of simulated shrinkage of patterns in the warp and weft directions.

A larger value indicates that the pattern is stretched more in the warp and weft directions during simulation.

A smaller value indicates that the pattern is more contracted in the warp and weft directions during simulation.

6.Pressure:

The effect of expansion of the pattern in the vertical direction/normal direction under the action of filling materials such as down and cotton.

A larger value indicates that the pattern expands more in the normal direction.

A smaller value indicates that the pattern expands more in the negative normal direction.
