Upload Fabrics in Batch

Download Template from platform

Click "Download Template" to download the latest batch upload template, which is a zip file.

Then you can see a template pop-up. Check the fields that need to be filled in the Excel template file you download.

Fill in Data in Excel File

Open the Excel template. Before filling it out, please read the "Filling Instructions" in the second row carefully for guidance. Fill in data from third row, will be read automatically by platform.

Note: Do not delete the "Filling Instructions" to avoid data omission.

Compress into a Zip File

Save the Excel file you fill in. Prepare model files like below. If you have folders, you can name them using "Internal Code". Put all of them in a zip file locally.

Upload Zip File to Platform

Select the zip file you want to upload and click "Next". Then the system will verify data.

Verify Abnormal Data Manually

If there are abnormal data, you can verify them manually based on online error prompt. You can also click "Ignore" to remove the abnormal data from the upload queue.

Note: This step will be skipped if there are no abnormal data.

Batch Upload to Platform

Once abnormal data is verified, click "Next" to proceed with batch upload.

Check out progress in Task Center. You can also click "Return to list" to continue uploading. The system will upload automatically while you leave this page.
